Raleigh Street Painting Festival Fri 3–9p; Sat 9a–9p City Market & Martin Street, Raleigh
This unusual festival brings the visual arts to the streets, enabling people of all ages to participate and view a collage of artworks under the open skies. Student and adult artists will use Martin Street in Moore Square as their canvas for the weekend, creating artwork that fits this years theme: Celebrate Raleigh: Urban Renaissance. Visitors will experience the process of making art as they encounter our artists at work.
