Here in the Triangle, we have a multi-faceted cultural population: old/young, female/male, any nationality, race, orientation, political stripe, industry, etc. This is key to our attraction and retention of talent. But did you know that although Richard Florida ranked us 6th in the U.S. for overall creativity, he ranked us 52nd in “tolerance?” This workshop is designed to find out ways to grow collectively by expressing our individuality.

The workshops are designed so people from all 4 areas of interest are in each workshop. This way, we get a range of perspectives and a broader array of ideas.
